Clients also benefit from our many years of experience as stair builders during the construction phase. Our construction stairs offer craftsmen the opportunity to ascend and descend comfortably and safely between floors. The structural staircase is covered with construction steps and a construction guardrail is installed as fall protection. This makes the construction process considerably easier. The ideal time to install the construction staircase is in the shell before the plastering and screed work, when the roof is closed and the windows are in place

Stairsin the shell

The perfect solution from shell construction to moving in

We accompany you from the shell construction phase to moving in. Our construction stairs are a well thought-out and practical solution that optimizes the construction process and provides you with safe access throughout the entire construction period. We deliver and install the construction stairs so that you don’t have to worry about a thing. This solution is particularly suitable for semi-mounted staircases and double-stringer staircases.

Advantagesa güta building staircase

Fully-fledged building staircase

Our construction stairs are robust and fully functional to meet the requirements of the construction phase.

Safety in the building shell

The finished supporting structure (stringer) is assembled in the shell, including construction steps and construction railings, to provide immediate safety.

Measurement in shell construction

As soon as all the walls are in place, we take precise measurements to ensure a staircase that fits perfectly.

Ceiling end panel as screed formwork

In the case of stairs with a ceiling end panel, this also serves as screed formwork, which saves additional work steps.

Outlet strip for floor height

The exit ledge specifies the height of the finished exit step (corresponds to the top edge of the finished floor, OK FFB) and facilitates further construction planning.

Clean wall connections

Connections to the walls can be neatly finished by the plasterer or drywall builder, ensuring a professional end result.

Final assembly of the steps and railings

The finished steps and the final railing are usually installed shortly before moving in. Please inform us in advance of the desired date for final installation.

Combination with front doors/building doors

Our staircases can be ideally combined with our front doors and building doors, as they are installed on the same day.
